Crystals/Shards gone missing

Hello,

Hopefully I might be able to get some help on this. 2 days ago I put multiple stacks of crystal shards up for sale on my retainers. (2 Wind, 1 lighting and 2 water) I had no stored gil with this retainer. I logged on today and check them and now all of the shards are gone, but they did not sell. I have no gil and no shards.

I did not take them down, use them or accidently npc them. (just in case some posters decide to accuse me of this)

Any help would be appreciated. (I know players can't help obviously I mean dev/gm help :P )

Have you already checked Crystals menu on your retainers' tabs? Remember there are 3 different tabs on retainers (Items - Crystals - Currency).

Have you already checked Crystals menu on your retainers' tabs? Remember there are 3 different tabs on retainers (Items - Crystals - Currency).

He has a valid point. It's possible that you thought you might've put them up for sale and it just didnt go through and they're sitting in the crystals tab. If not then you might wanna contact that Dev Baccanale right there ^^;

I've notice when searching through market wards you will find things for sale at 0 gill. A glitch maybe? This might have happen to you. Just a thought.

Just so I know what to expect, is there a possibility for a resolution on this? Or will this just be a general report with no action?

I would really like to get my shards back, I play solo for the most part and it took some time to farm them. I know 400k ish gil isn't much to most but it is quite a bit for me.
