    Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    Yes, this was an issue during the Stormblood launch. A PSN update was released that solved the issue for a lot of players, but it has come up since then.

    Unfortunately, it will require that you redownload the game.

    I'd like to get some more information regarding you issue:

    -How was the game and system shut down before this error came up? Was there any crash or disconnection?
    -Did you put your PS4 in sleep mode at any point before this issue occurred?
    -Was any other game/app installed on the PS4 between the last time you played and when the error occurred?

    Logged off my character,then closed FF14 and lastly turn off PS4 . When PS4 turned on again I opened FF14 to login and after I input my password and click game automatically started download those 26GB. This happened both times this week. No sleep mode or crash happened.
    Occured Wednesday 04/04/2018 and again today 09/04/2018.
