Yes, this was an issue during the Stormblood launch. A PSN update was released that solved the issue for a lot of players, but it has come up since then.

Unfortunately, it will require that you redownload the game.

I'd like to get some more information regarding you issue:

-How was the game and system shut down before this error came up? Was there any crash or disconnection?
-Did you put your PS4 in sleep mode at any point before this issue occurred?
-Was any other game/app installed on the PS4 between the last time you played and when the error occurred?
