Bad news all, my game is currently downloading everything again. I though this problem was fixed. It is downloading 26147.70MB as we speak.

This problem returning is unacceptable as I am looking at a download time of over 700 minutes.

Playing on PlayStation 4 regular.
Occurred Sunday, April 8th, 2018 at 11AM EST.

Please look into this, as it is a problem that should not be happening since it has happened before and was fixed before.
