Update: same error as above only this time the update patch was unable to update at all even having a cable wire connected to my pc to the ps4, I pretty much tried everything else and all failed, even if I delete the game again and reinstall it and if the issue happens again which I may reinstall it again may happen, my last resort maybe the call internet provider to see which ports were blocked, don't know why they do that but here as follows what I did try before:

A: Initialized ps4 to get out of safe mode loop, reinstalled ffxiv and gotten corrupted file along with the first error codes of [11006][20645][-2147352571] and had 8 files which came with [20541] that error code, this did not work at all after several temps which led to change password.

B. After deleting the game and save data altogether and reinstalled it back to my ps4 the update patch file did went partly new half to almost half way to the point where it should be in which gave me one time corrupted data and never again after rebuild database, from this point now it gave me a new error code [11006][20819][20831][-2147352571] and no longer the corrupted data error code, I have tried the unlplug everything even my internet, and plugged it back in and which did give me the near half way completion only to have that new error code as mentioned and this point I tried once more and this time same error code as mentioned again after a short beginning update along with cutting the audio out and black screen for a short time with that said error code, Also this route became a failure as well.

And finally C: Connected the cable wire to the ps4 into the pc with sharing the pc's hotspot for internet straight into the ps4 to be able to see if it updates patch file, this became the same one much like B short at the very last beginning part of the update, the mbps was up high and faster when I did this, but also still gave me the [11006][20819][20831][-2147352571] error code as I am looking at it right now at my tv currently and also this is proven to be too a Failure much like A and B, I could try to rebuild database after deleting the game out and reinstall it back and redo the update but this may also become a failure if it does happen.

I may try call my internet provider to see if the ports are blocked and if they are which should not be blocked and if this happens like a,b and c routes, then its not the internet and not the ps4 nor the hdd, this will also prove a factor that it maybe the update to t he ffxiv client much as I said to Sony before, either make the newer update patch to fix it or reverse the update back previous before this one which will fix the issues otherwise most of us who wants to play ffxiv will have a continuous repeat of error [11006][20819][20831][-2147352571] and other errors everyone keeps posting, there are some who are able to get out of it, then there are some who are unable to get out of it and require actual help that does not involve as mentioned.
