Sorry but this sounds like a hoarding issue... you could have a million free spaces to store stuff and everything could have a separate icon for each individual item but if you fill up even half that space youll still have trouble finding items... I'm leveling botanist and culinarian currently and I'm not really having issues with storage myself... only hq items get saved everything else gets sold to npcs... I think you need a nice LONG break from this game since everything about it seems to get you upset.
