Can't get guild quests?

I see on gamerescape's wiki that Linette in the guild should have quests for me at specific levels. I'm Miner 37 and she doesn't have a ! above her head and will only talk to me about small talk and guild tasks. I've done the main quest and finished Together We Stand. Supposedly I only need to have finished Fade to White, which was the previous quest, to unlock the guild quests. What do I do about this?

often the quest doesn't appear straight away, just like the other guild quests you need to wait for the guild linkpearl to light. Often clicking on aethrytes will make it appear.
