Your favorite early Eureka memories

I still remember wiping on Number the first day; shout chat was filled with "KILL THE VOIDS!!!"

/narrator voice: Yet no one killed the voids.

I remember folks trying to spawn serket day...2? 3? And /sh chat stating we "didn't have enough high levels" to tank them. I also remember folks trying anyway - and scorps literally 1-shotting folks en masse.

I remember the thrill in trying to corpse-hop, as a group, to the lvl 5 magicite.

Numbers was surely an experience to remember.

I was around level 6 when I ventured myself into that NM fight. It was taking forever. We had Chimeras spawning, one-shotting people with their paralizing AoEs. So we all had to run under them. The tanks were trying to group them together, but since we weren't killing the voids in time, a second one would pop, creating a circunstance where we were running from Chimera to Chimera. It didn't help that we also had stray bears and mindflayers trying to get a piece of us. I don't know how many times I died there. But it was great, it felt challenging.

Not "early" days (that seems a bit odd to say since this has only been out what, 3 weeks?) but it happened this past weekend. The train split into two groups with one group going off somewhere else and the group I was with staying to deal with Numbers. The problem was, we didn't have enough people at all and soon enough I found myself one of the only ones still alive because of the adds and whatnot. It was a massacre. Bodies laying everywhere and I one of the only ones who could raise people. I'd get a few people up, but they'd die again or I'd die and then get raised again with no mana and LD on cool down. I think I ended up raising like 20-30 people before enough of them were alive consistently enough to raise others.

Fighting Amarok/Lamashtu for the first time... lol

The first 4 days there were hardly enough 19/20s, and the chaos that ensued with the adds while the bosses were being fought I won’t forget.

Favorite early memory of Eureka? I remember this forum and Reddit having an over reactive meltdown over content that really wasn't all that bad. It was awesome. Oh and fighting Callisto and having the entire instance die on the first day was pretty cool too.

My favourite memory has to be the first time I tried Hazmat. Nobody killed the blue adds and we ended up wiping completely. There were just bodies as far as I could see. We had a good laugh in chat and we were eventually saved by a heroic healer. We even managed to kill Hazmat before the timer ran out.

it is only 3 weeks? Eureka is kind of odd, it ages fast, like after a week, it would rival something a month old, so I guess it is 3 months old, ready for the second expansion, its like dog year concept.
