Animation not displaying properly in instance?

Hello,

I've noticed an issue in expert roulette, which I've never really encountered before. Every time I used Spinning Edge, without fail, it wouldn't show the animation. The damage would still go out, but it was still pretty disorienting not seeing your character do anything to notify that the skill actually went out

However, after the instance was over and I hit a striking dummy, the animation worked perfectly normal. What can be the cause of this? Worth noting that I am playing from EU on an NA server, but I do use pingzapper to reduce my ping

Adding 3 pictures, 2 of them in instance where you can hopefully see clearly that my character isn't doing anything, and one on the striking dummy where an animation is clearly displayed

Has anything changed or updated that could have caused this?

Have you tried playing without pingzapper?
