1. Put 3 striking dummies within AOE range
2. Cast Thunder III and wait for a Thundercloud proc
3. Use Sharpcast
4. Cast Thunder IV while under the effect of both Thundercloud and Sharpcast
5. Observe that the full Thundercloud damage is applied to a single target, and that damage to the second and third target is very low as if Thunder IV had been cast without Thundercloud

6. Cast Thunder IV again while under the effect of Thundercloud only
7. Observe that the full Thundercloud damage is applied to all targets

Synopsis:
Thunder IV procs with Sharpcast don't apply the Thundercloud damage to more than one target.
