Roegadyn Children

I'm pretty confused, there are no Roegadyn children around. You see Elezen, Hyur, Lalafell but no Roegadyn or Miqo'te.
I kind of want to sort out my character's lore but i'm just confused by it all.

I know it isn't like FF11, we don't rebirth like Galka

Actually, mostly what we see in the game is Hyur children. The only Elezen I can think of are the storyline twins, and I can't think of any Miqo'te kids... even out at Forgotten Springs, it's all adults.

The only Lalafell "child" I can think of is the noble's daughter in the weaver storyline, but even then that doesn't count because she was of marrying age

Lalafell children seem to just look like they do as adults more or less - 1.0 identified at least one lalafell npc as a child by his nameplate, and he didn't look any different from his adult form, as seen in these 1.0 screenshots:

I guess because ARR recycled a lot of character models from 1.0 is why there's not yet miqo'te or roegadyn children around, as the main reason there are hyur and elezen kids is because they were featured specifically in the original 1.0 Gridanian storyline quests, hence those character models were necessary for the storyline. Horses for courses and all that.

As the OP said, the only playable races that we haven't seen children for in game are the Mi'qote and the Roegadyn, which where also the races with missing genders in 1.0. It would not surprise me if the two were connected.
