    Error 406 and also won't take crysta

    Okay, this is my first time "trying" to add my sub to keep playing this game. I bought the base game, got to 50, and bought stormblood. My month is up and now trying to add my payment so I can continue playing and, go fucking figure, It won't allow me because of a stupid 406 error code. I googled and several people said to buy crysta via PayPal, which I did, and guess what? It won't even use the crysta I just bought. I'm so annoyed right now. I've never seen a company make it so damn hard to give them money. Every time I try to buy my sub with crysta I receive this message "You cannot use this function.
    Please contact the SQUARE ENIX Support Center for additional details. Error Code: i2501". Am I missing something or does SE just now want my money even though they already took money from me for crysta I can't even use...

    Many actions can trigger this error such a slow internet connection, use of a odd connection (EG: schools or cafes), a possible virus detected on the device, the use of a VPN, many rapid attempts of payment at once, along with many other actions. Please check to see if any of the listed actions apply to your situation or if anything is related. We would also suggest contacting support directly through chat support.

    To reach our live chat support please follow the steps below.

    1. Visit the SQUARE ENIX Support Center at http://support.na.square-enix.com/
    2. Select FINAL FANTASY XIV as the game title.
    3. on the next screen click on "Contact".
    4. You will then need to select a category and sub category from the drop down menus.
    5. Next, type a basic description of your inquiry in the "Contact details" section and click "Next".
    6. on the following page click "Next" again. Ignoring any Knowledge Base Suggestions that may apply.
    7. Provided your contact is during SQUARE ENIX Support Center's hours of operation, you should see a Chat Support option. Click "proceed to chat support" to initiate contact with one of our Chat Support Representatives.

    So I just went ahead and tried again and it said they're performing maintenance. Could that have anything to do with why I'm unable to sub? If so shouldn't they announce that they plan on working on it beforehand? Unless it was emergency maintenance.

    I do not believe that maintenance would effect this. I suggest contact support to get this issue resolved.

    I did and nothing was done. They said I have to wait till Monday for the issue to be resolved and it's really aggravating..

    I believe the issue was escalated and you should be able to try making the payment in 24 hours.

    Em, Idk. So I should just try again sometime around Noon tomorrow, right now being 1:28 pm?
