"Do Goldsmiths Dream of Gilded Sheep" Lv. 65 ALC quest lore error

EDIT: Error resolved! F'lhaminn's dialogue and the quest journal now use the words "love" and "lover" instead of "husband".

In the completed quest journal for "Do Goldsmiths Dream of Gilded Sheep", the level 65 Alchemist quest in Stormblood, the following entry appears:

F'lhaminn tells you of a coffin that contains the remains of her deceased husband, Niellefresne. Return to Erralig's Burial Chamber to speak with F'lhaminn once more and meet with an old friend of hers.
And in the quest dialogue itself:

The use of the word "husband" is inconsistent with past lore.

This, to my knowledge, is the first instance of F'lhaminn and Niellefresne being referred to as a married couple. In 1.0 they seemed to be unmarried lovers, and marriage would have been a big deal as they were major figures involved with powerful Ul'dahn families in the story. The Encyclopædia Eorzea refers to Niellefresne only as F'lhaminn's "lover" and "paramour".

The word "husband" is also inconsistent with the terms used in this same quest in the other three localisation languages:

    French "petit ami" (boyfriend)
    German "Geliebten" (lover)
    Japanese "恋人" (lover)

(Thanks to Anonymoose for providing the above.)
