Jester's Antics Tooltip Incorrect

I always forgot to report this, and this has been around for a long time, but I figure it's always better late than never.

The tooltip of Kefka's status effect Jester's Antics is incorrect. It currently states:

Effect radius and characteristics for Fire III, Water III, and Lightning III are severely altered.

Although it's highly irrelevant now, this was very confusing to me when 4.2 was brand new.
It should read:

Effect radius and characteristics for Flagrant Fire, Blizzard Blitz, and Thrumming Thunder are severely altered.

However, this would cause the tooltip to be 3 lines long, so to keep it to 2 lines, it could read:

Effect radius and characteristics for Fire, Blizzard, and Thunder spells are severely altered.

As an aside, Kefka's status effects Fire III Charged, Blizzard III Charged, and Thunder III Charged all have misleading names and tooltips. They all state: (combining Fire, Blizzard, and Thunder because of identical tooltips)

Mana sufficient to cast Fire/Blizzard/Thunder III or equivalent.

Like the first issue, the correct spell names are Flagrant Fire, Blizzard Blitz, and Thrumming Thunder. Additionally, there is no "equivalent" to each of these spells. They always have the same respective spell name with their effects altered by Jester's Antics. Therefore, the status effect names should be Flagrant Fire/Blizzard Blitz/Thrumming Thunder Charged, and they should read respectively:

Mana sufficient to cast Flagrant Fire/Blizzard Blitz/Thrumming Thunder.

And if that's uncomfortably long for the name or tooltip, it's of course fine to drop the additional word Flagrant, Blitz, and Thrumming. Again, I know it's irrelevant now and doesn't really matter, but it's still nice to have things accurate.
