DID NOT RECIEVE CRYSTA

I paid 10.00 for crysta and my bank account shows that the money was takin out but i DID NOT recieve my crysta.

The most likely reason for this is that the transaction is pending, meaning that the funds have been taken from your account, but not given to us yet. Hence why you do not have the Crysta. Generally, the transaction will either go through and you will get the Crysta or it will drop off and you will be refunded. If nothing changes in the next few business days, contact the Square Enix Support Center (https://support.na.square-enix.com/m...p?id=5382&la=1)
