I like this, maybe both? like maybe exp/quests/dungeon/gathering/nm for different things? Could be to get new abilities that members in your guild can use, new guild actions (spray paint your sigil, hire salespeople for your guild area), then level up your own guild area with gardens/buildings from gathering, or new rights for your members when you clear content. would be fun but thats a lot there~

I agree about the pearl icon being better, but I like the idea of adding some sort of crest to the icon. I would see it being something along the lines of a crest that shows when your shell has earned the right to summon a primal, and disappears after the right has expired.
