Macro to engage and auto-attack

This is kinda noobish but I want a simple macro to target the closest mob and engage them + start auto-attack. It is so frustrating to be locked on a target using abilites but not have auto-attack going. When ifrit jumps I have to do some mouse click garbage to get it up before using abilities or this problem happens and i'm forced to unlock (excape key) and re-attack/enter key to get AA going again.

They really do need to implement a /attack
