    Unfortunately, I couldn't get your link to work, could you please post it again?

    As for the issue itself, when exactly did this start happening and did you make any changes to the game or your PC that coincides with this?

    Have you tried changing any of the graphical settings, particularly 'Lighting' or 'Glare?' Do these have any effect on the issue?
