    Flickering Lighting

    I don't know if this is a common bug but usually when i am near large torches my game starts flickering and it has done it during dungeons. I have a short video here demonstrating one of the areas where i get the bug but it happens in several other places.

    Unfortunately, I couldn't get your link to work, could you please post it again?

    As for the issue itself, when exactly did this start happening and did you make any changes to the game or your PC that coincides with this?

    Have you tried changing any of the graphical settings, particularly 'Lighting' or 'Glare?' Do these have any effect on the issue?

    You could try rolling back to a 16.x version of AMD for your GPU. I would also question how hot your GPU is and if it's being overclocked. Sometimes even overclocking it just a little bit can cause issues like this.

    That's definitely an unusual visual glitch.

    Does changing the graphics options (mostly the lighting and shadow related options) have any effect on this issue?

    Like the above poster stated, if you have any overclock on the GPU, make sure you disable this. Additionally, I would suggest updating your graphics card drivers if you have not already (or reinstalling them if they are up to date).
