First of all thank you for helping me with my issue, you were quick and answered the 2 questions i had. overall though im not happy with how this was handled and the time frame it took. when asked what would of happened if i capped lvls before today i was told i would of gotten crystals. i dont need crystals and the idea of that being the replacement is sad and shows me square is just out of touch about what was really lost with the rollback error. I also mention that in my feedback when i made the report. only reason i wasn't capped is 1 eureka got old and i had a feeling that lvling all the way to 20 before my issue was resolved would've made me feel like i wasted all that time earlier. thank you again though but pls dont wait a month to finally respond. a simple we received your message and update would of been nice. gm emdub was fine though and the experience with them was good.
GM Emdub helped me earn back my lost Exp from the rollback bug in Eureka. Was patient, kind, and downright hilarious! Thank you for patiently waiting even though I was AFK when you first contacted me. What started off as an huge headache ended with a pleasant conversation and a complete resolution. Thank you!
