Jan 26th forum update axed non-sub posters?

Just wondering if anyone else has ran into other players that can no longer post here on the OF due to the subscription tie in to the FFXIV forums. I ran across this on FFXIVCore.

Yup, but if you don't have a subscription try logging in now. It just forces you to log off [well before 30 days since the sub went into place].

Does this mean nonsubs are gone from the forums, and before the 30 day period? Curious.

I know that if you cancel your sub, you're unable to log into the game regardless of how much time you may have left on it, so I imagine they may have enacted a similar policy for the forums, as well.

i think non subs can still read the forums but in order to post u need a sub. i wasn't logged into the forums for a while but i was able to read all of the topics.

I guess that's what the update did, I was wondering why I was suddenly no longer logged into lodestone... though it's weird I am still logged into the forums...

That is my question though, I thought non-subs can still post until Feb 4th. If the cut off came early, then it I guess now we'll really see what happens.
