How do I upgrade from the base game to the expansions? (PS4)

Hi everyone.

I bought FFXIV: A Realm Reborn 3 weeks ago. I did not buy the full edition.

And now, I can't seem to figure out how to get both Heavensward and Stormblood installed. I see Stormblood is available at the PlayStation Network, but I can't find Heavensward anywhere. Does this mean that I don't need to get Heavensward? And that Stormblood itself includes Heavensward?

According to the page on the PS Store it includes HW as well.

I'm not sure why the Stormblood purchase isn't just re-named to "Stormblood/Heavensward Expansions" or something. If I'm not mistaken, you can't even buy Heavensward separately anymore, so why does the purchase page only say "Stormblood"? Hell, on the Steam page for Stormblood, it doesn't even mention that Heavensward is included, and I was pretty confused as well before I purchased it.
