Good solo spot for THM lvl 30+?

I just hit lvl 30 on thm and I am having hard time finding good mob to kill. There is a few random island crab but they are a bit too rare and it seems SE removed a lot of crab and added in used bird in its place... Any idea where to find mob that I can kill that are weak to thunder?

Nophica's Wells has some Angler camps all across the 30s.

Just solo/duo'd my way up with a friend, both of us Thaum. Here's how it went:

1-25: Whatever, probably get PL'd through this? Not much thaum can't blow out of the water easily at these levels.
25-28: Bombs NW of Camp Horizon. With good INT/MAP+ you can Thunder chain all of them down reliably.
29-31: The Thousand Maws of Toto-Rak. Good exp, plenty of mobs, GC quest to be done there anyway?
32-34+: Grand Company leves. Protect the NPC gives good easy exp, kill all mobs possible is even better. If you have a ton of leves just abandon the NPC one til you get kill all mobs.
32-38: Various Mad Anglers around Nophica's Wells.
35-38: Antlings in Copperbell Mines. They take magic hard. They hit like a truck though, make sure to Featherfoot/Protect/Shell.
39-48: Various level Efts NE of Camp Nine Ivies. These melt under Thunder chain, very easy to two shot mobs 2-3 levels higher than you if equipped with a lot of INT/MAP.
39-50: GC leves again, see above.
48+: I'm sure there are some mobs to solo/duo past this, but at this point getting in on a Natalan or similar run for 45+ is very easy. GC leves will get you to 50 quick, but you might score some rewards off the coffers in the Natalan groups.

I'm sure some improvements could be made to the above. This isn't the route I am suggesting per-se, but the route that I took. It was very easy, and any improvements to it are going to make getting 50 thaum more of a joke.

So i just came back for 1.21 and started working on getting my THM up (currently 35). I think I missed the whole power level craze, my old ls is gone, and I haven't heard any shouts for exp parties (if they exist?). Anyway, while I look for a new group, are Grand Company leves the best form of solo exp? I tried a few 1 star ones at Nanawa and was getting ~150 exp a mob. What should I be shooting for in terms of exp/mob? Also how long should the grind to 50 take nowadays? Thanks!

Theres still parties around depending on server you can lfg while soloing. (use search tool)
Do some leves at nosphica to quickly get to the point where you can do the 40 GC leves which give nice xp/seals.
Logout in your inn to get rested exp

Tiger Helm Isle near Bloodshore has a ton of red jellyfish levels 45-49. They take double damage from Thunder so it should be possible to solo these relatively easily. A duo or trio will make it much easier to chain mobs too.

God jsut rest, go do high level leves 2-4 levels higher, get same exp off mobs plus the bonus, and make gil while you are at it, at 30 you will make another level in 8 leves.
