Screen Resolution Problems

I tried all of the above and only after running the game in compatibility mode (to Windows 7) did the fps increase a little higher. It went to 29fps at the start screen but then it gets reduced to 16fps again when I actually log in and it stays like that :0 It used to be at least 30fps before i went around and poked at the settings (i really regret that now)

Can you please provide us with a system report to do so go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
