The laptop has already been set to 'high performance' and I've chosen the 'Standard (Laptop)' graphics settings.

At fullscreen mode the screen defaults to 1280x720p, and while the fps improved immensely, for some reason the UI and clickbox are not aligned properly. I've set it to 1360x768p and that solved the clickbox issue though! The FPS issue is also fixed and its much more playable now. I'll stick to playing in that settings. Thank you so much

I know you got mod help here, but I might be able to improve your performance a tad. It sounds like you're running the Laptop at 1800p, and the game at 720p which was causing clickbox issues. Personally, I would set the laptop resolution to 1920x1080 in Windows, then do the same in game, unless you need screen space for other things that can't go in the background. A 940MX should be able to easily handle 1080p@60fps, as my 540m in my laptop does 768p@60fps.

If the above is not the case, disregard and have a nice day. Good luck!
