No exp being gained in Eureka

Have taken a party into Eureka, lvl 11 w/ a level 10, lvl 1 and lvl 3. Our lower lvl party mates are not gaining any exp at all from mob kills. Also had this problem last night between 12am and 3am ST with a lvl 9 party mate. The only exp we were getting even for killing mobs 3 - 4 levels above ours was from NMs in FATEs. What is going on??

In my experience, if the level gap of party members is too wide, exp gain dies. Other than on nms, as you have already noticed.

This is intended. If the level difference between two players killing a mob is too large, the lower level player will be getting less, or no exp at all.
