Please Help! this is problem house's item alway keep gone then pop up come back till where i walk little far then item is gone, I had to walk back then item is back again...... I need your help whatever this is system or something FFXIV's House. and hey we need more Item Bind Prompt because some empty spots :'( ....

This happens when you have too many interactable furnishings in your house. I believe the threshold is 30 items before they start despawning. It is something the developers should address, but as far as I know, they have no plans to do so any time soon.

Ohhhhhhhhh I found it the problem! Grade 3 Picture Frame! i did some removed -sad....sad....sad....- but I love pics.......... now everything is back it's not gone again D: I hope GMs can fix about Grade 3 Picture Frame had problem that's why I had a lot pic 13 on walls :/ ............ HyoMinPark

Yeah I had this issue too. I had lots of nice pictures on my walls, and then one of the flaming Bahamuts. Only when you got close to the photos would the Bahamut suddenly appear. Scared one of my FC members with it!

It's all picture frames, not just grade 3.

Yeah, every interactable item counts to the threshold. This includes picture frames (of all grades), flower vases, food items, blank partitions, basically anything that you can click and interact with will count to the limit, and once you hit the limit, things will start to despawn. Maybe one day the developers will decide to fix these issues.
