Remove the 450 weekly cap warning, it is abnoixous. There is no reason for it.

When I complete a beast tribe this useless warning pops up "Are you sure you want to turn in? you capped your weekly" I know I am capped my weekly tomestone limit when the game spams the message 5-10 times a day!!!! Why does anyone care? tribes reset daily, (meaning it is not a big loss or a loss at all if a mistake is made turning them in that day) I can't do anything about this message like spending tomestones, so why is it there?

It is annoying to me because at the speed it pops up, all I understand at the time seeing the message is a capped on something. I go to my currency menu because I need to make sure I did not break the 2k cap on one of the lesser ones. I am tried of doing this.

Having a warning of breaking the 2k cap is fine, but why is there a warning for the 450 tome cap? I DO NOT WANT TO SEE IT ANYMORE! It is a useless message because we the playerbase can't do anything about it. What i mean is, say you broke 2k cap on something, you go in spend the tomes, useful. A warning tell you can't collect anymore tomes that is weekly cap? Why is it there? It is not like you can spend anything to stop the message from appearing. (Keep in mind I am not talking about getting rid of the message that appear in your chat log. What I am strongly apposed in seeing, is the red message that flashes in the middle of your screen + that sound it does, that is what I want removed, along with giving options with removing menu bloat of turning in tribes)

"You cannot receive any more Allagan tomestones of mendacity this week."

Please... I do not need be told something 5-10 times a day. No one needs be told something this much about something. Does someone walk behind you repeating how old you are every 30 minutes?

Apparently some people need be told something the same thing 5-10 times a day, though such a thing is beyond my understanding, I thought people got annoyed after a while being told the same thing over and over again. It is best to have character configuration options for what warning messages we need to see, I really do not want to be reminded about something so often when I can't even do anything about it.

bold and underline to clear matters, a question asked to me in a post, and I do not want to use a post quota explaining something I explained already.

Completely disagree. There are definitely times this is useful, right before a reset, and in the end it's a line of text and you're acting like it shot your dog.

Tell me how this warning message changes how you act.

If I am doing content in the game, whatever it may be, I am going to do it and keep doing it regardless if this message exists.

Likewise if you are really big on storing a tribe turn in day before weekly reset, that is from you planning to do so a head of time, so you know regardless if that message exists or not.

literally pointless. As I said I'm tried of it popping up, that red warning appear in front of my screen, then I have to check my currency tab each time to make sure I am not breaking 2k at something. "in the end it's a line of text and you're acting like it shot your dog. " You are only saying that cuz you have a bias of it being useful to you, I am tried of seeing it 5-10 times a day. I KNOW I capped for the week, stop telling me! =/

If some people are so bent on having this useless message then have option settings with this (i/e warning when I get 1500, 1800, w/e a person may want) so that way I actually know something useful before capping?

Kind of agree with it being irritating. At the least, an option to turn off the check box either in our character settings or directly on the box itself through a simple "do not display this message again" would be nice.

Do I really need to? OK I guess. The daily reset is a different time than the weekly reset. If I go to trade in a quest right before the weekly reset I lose out vs trading in after it. And in either case the daily reset is unaffected.

And in the end it's a line of text. You're really putting too much effort into hating something like this; if you really don't care just ignore it and trade things in anyway.

Am I just being trolled at this point? Is this an April Fool's post?

Just like you're acting like it's useless because it's useless to you? Yeah confirmation boxes can be annoying and there should be an option to disable on a per char basis, but I have a feeling if that were the case then we'd get a fresh crop of "the game didn't warn me of that!" for various things. It's a necessary evil at this point and not really a big deal.

Starstruck often has exaggerated complaints or makes issues more overblown than they really are. They raise good points now and then but it's like reading headlines on a clickbait article.

So your defense for a useless message existing is "it is not a big deal"? that is not a logical argument. I dislike the menu bloat in general, needing to click extra boxes when they pop up as slow as they do. I am sure some people need those but I am not talking about that. You did not try to understand why this annoys me. I said a few times now, I am tried of pulling up the currency tab each time I see this spam message. I do not need to know I capped for the week every 10-30 minutes.

Why do you need to be reminded every 10-30 minutes you met the weekly cap?

    I already refuted this claim:

In other words, it is not helpful to you, you know you are capped already, what you said makes no sense.

+1, least someone understands a simple idea.

Why are you pulling up your currency tab each time it tells you you're full? You know you're full already. And just because it's useless -to you- does not mean it's useless to others and it shouldn't be called as such. We need to not speak in absolutes. I also agreed with having the option to disable it for those folks who it riles up so badly.

Yeah, it's a pretty useless message. It's not like we can do anything about being at 450/450, unlike being at capped 2k tomes where we can spend some.
