They need to make the Blacklist work in there for outside spammers. You can report but it's only for botting, ads, etc. I got annoyed last week when I /shout for a +16 group and got an invite from a L-11 soloing and lying to me about a NM group. I was in a hurry and didn't check his level till I got to him a short distance away. He could barely speak english and in WoW, we called them China farmers.

"Fanboy is gaming jargon used to describe an individual that has gone beyond the point of being a PC or console game fan and, during online chats or discussions, shifts to defend the program at all costs, unable to take any criticism or acknowledge any shortcomings of the game or gaming console."

Really? I have the opposite problem. I'll shout that I'm looking for a party and have my LFG flag up and get nothing. Granted I'm only level 6... >x>
This can be a good thing, it also may cause a later problem. There is already a lack of low-levels playing in Eureka, most parties I join have people only with level 15+.
If the reward is decreased, even with faster spawn, the NM train will ignore it and the low-level people will never have the numbers to farm it. Things will get worse later when there will be like 140 out of 144 players at level 18+ in each instance.
Helping low-level people could only be really done by increasing the exp to make it less boring to chain monsters, or perhaps create some kind of NM that only spawns for a party after they chain X monsters of some kind.

High Level can still give good amount of exp tho, but, low level can then start making party out of eureka, we'll see then more shout in the group finder.

My suggestion: Start your own lower level party after getting into Eureka and focus on the lower level monsters that spawn the lower level FATEs. I did this one night and it was fairly successful in that everyone in the party leveled from 2-3 to 5-6 before we had to break up. Perhaps if there's enough interest, multiple low level parties could make a low level FATE train together.
The higher level train likely will not bother attempting to spawn the level 1-3 FATEs anymore. But if you spawn it, they will come. Since you are already there you shouldn't have to worry about the high level players instantly melting Cactuar or whatever and will have some time to build up some contribution credit before the other train arrives and mows down the monster.
