    Shift 1-9 won't work for SCH/SMN

    Specifically for my SCH/SMN, shift 1-9 isn't working. According to the settings they are bound correctly but the numbers don't appear on the hotbar. HUD layout is the same for every class. No other class is having this issue. Shift+= works perfectly fine I have no idea what to do anymore. When I move the spells to a different hotbar they function fine so it has to be something with the shift key. Please help

    When did this start happening? Has anything updated or changed that may coincide with this issue? Are there any other patterns that you notice with when and how this happens?
