I'm having a hard time getting it down right. I struggle to double weave Dark Arts when Blood Weapon is on.

I usually start the fight off by casting TBN on the MT and Dark Arts. Right before the boss auto attacks the MT, So it'll pop and give me Delirium.
Then HS>Bloodweapon>SS>Salted Earth>SE>Plunge>HS>DA>SS>DA+Delurium>SE>DA+Carve&Spit>HS>DA>SS then what ever you feel like.
100% positive there are more optimal ones out there. For example, ones that align with trick attack and other buffs, and that are fight dependent.
like Rubytoe said, pre-casting DA and TBN about 3 seconds before the countdown finishes will fix most issues about capping out on MP. Aside from that, the general idea is to make sure you land a C&S and plunge inside a trick attack window. As long as you do that in your opener, and keep using those oGCDs on cooldown, plunge and C&S will always land in a trick attack window.

this is a lot more specific
The only thing I would add is for the OT opener, or any opener using your Soul Eater combo first even more specifically using siphon strike on your 2nd GCd, you can likely push your first dark arts to 6 seconds prepull for two mana ticks but of course it’s critical to get to the boss as quickly as possible.

I usually do this, and I made this rotation for Kefaust, basically stuck with it on all other fights because it works.

Plunge ends up being outside the TA window, but otherwise you are losing MP to being capped. There are also Blood Spillers to be used, but I didn't remember which GCD they fall on.
I don't always pug, but when i do, it's with Pretty Ugly Guys
It works for kefaust, but I wouldn't recommend it for most content. I would substitute the early plunge for another DA to avoid cappingI usually do this, and I made this rotation for Kefaust, basically stuck with it on all other fights because it works.
