I searched around and couldn't find anything. Last i heard it was supposed to be some time after the last major patch, and its been a while. I don't know if people just aren't that interested in it or what, but it seems kinda like there's almost nothing concerning it news wise anymore unless iv'e overlooked something. I believe it was supposed to allow us to use in game chat on our phones correct? If anyone knows any updated news/info about it i would really appreciate it. Thank you .
