Single-Hotbar "mode"

Yeah i enabled my second hotbar because of that as well. Having buttons with louder, more noticable sounds, and buttons that stand out against the background would solve that problem and i'm not sure why they haven't done it yet, since it was designed that way in 1.0 for that reason. Sure, there was no ability to have 2 hotbars visible at once, but the option to only have one still exists, and there should be a solution to the problems with hotbar paging for the few people that do use it.
