When we submit an incident ticket for a specific bug in-game, how come we do not get an acknowledge or history of this bug via our support desk?

When we submit a bug on the forum and placed in the Accept section, is this a graveyard section? We do not get an update or know what is the next course of action.

What is a reasonable turnaround time that a player can expect when submitting an incident? For example, item lost via the armoire bug - item stored, cannot be found in remove tab

It's said the STF and the GM team will not accept evidence such as screenshots or videos as they can be altered. Not taking action as a result of such evidence is understandable, but is this true even when the evidence is used to better convey what is being observed (is such evidence always ignored entirely)?

You can place several reports to the STF of obvious illicit activity, but you'll continue to see the reported parties performing the same activities weeks, months and perhaps even years later. This could be because the reports aren't specific enough, it could be the reported activity isn't against the ToS, it could be the punishment for such activities never results in a permanent ban or it could be the STF never even received the reports to begin with. Are there any plans to change the lack of feedback provided by the STF?

The lack of action regarding RMT, botting and other illicit activities doesn't just have those activities continue - it wastes the time of any players filing reports. Would you consider disabling the function to report various forms of illicit activity?

I'm curious as to why reports pertaining to cheating and glitches are never responded to, because if I don't receive a response, how can I even know if someone is actually reading my report?

The GMs have oft assured me that they'd be forwarding my reports to the STF when I opted to contact them directly, but when I see the same painfully obvious bots running around despite months of scattered reports against them, it makes feel like they're just blowing them off at this point.

If there was two way communication, it would likely help with getting people properly punished for cheating.

Also, as an aside, this is not the place to be asking questions about things like class balance and other gameplay features.

As stated in the first post, these questions are for Global Community Producer Toshio Murouchi, who oversees the Community Team that handles live events and broadcasts, the Support Team that handles inquiries from players, the Special Task Force (STF) Team that handles illicit activities, the NOC Team which observes real-time tasks like server status, and various other teams related to the community.

Use this chance to speak out about the sheer amount of inaction towards botters, hackers, and other cheaters, since it's likely the only one we'll get for a long while.

Report Followups

When we make a report unrelated to harassment, it'd be nice to have human feedback to confirm the issue or to be assured things are working as intended. It doesn't need to be soon or even live conversation like harassment reports, but I don't want to put in a bug report and have it still be an issue months later, without any human interaction concerning the issue. A pop-up window saying my report will be reviewed tells me nothing.

I think this is especially important considering the recent Ungarmax fiasco.

General GM question:
Can there be better methods of appeal (English law definition "apply to a higher court for a reversal of the decision of a lower court")in regards to GM action from the player in specific severe circumstance that warrant it?

Extra details for question for clarity:
Basically I am asking for a way for a player to seek higher GM in command for an action reversal when a player can provide ample proof why it should be looked at. I feel these are always ignored and there are some questionable GM actions time to time that warrant reversal.
