Do reports need to be translated for the STF and if so, would it be possible to get a STF in each region? This would allow for these teams to take care of the rampant cheating plaguing this game faster and they could still collect any information the main STF team is after.

Non-RMT botters are still around in many servers even after they have been reported multiple times by different players, typically botters that are obvious and disrupt the market board and server economy for personal gain while demotivating future Disciple of the Land/Hand levelers trying to enter the economy of trade. Are you able to explain why they are still around and what can we do as a community to solve this issue? The reporting function does not seem to benefit us.

Improper use of Party Finder by RMT Content Sellers

Hello, a sizable percentage of party finder groups every hour of every day are RMT solicitations for clearing content like Primal/Raid/Ultimate and advertise using party finder via either (/tell) or the user name of a 3rd party app like Discord to promote and complete RMT transactions of your content. These usually involve players sharing login information (which is against ToS) and then after content has been cleared, real money is being traded. Unfortunately these people cannot be properly reported as RMT because they set the solicitation ilv in Party Finder too high so that they cannot be reported or blacklisted and they are profiting with real money from your game. They are not exchanging gil as all of these solicitations are cross-server and are only transacted via real money.

Is there any way to address reporting these people similar to how we can currently report RMT gil sellers with a simple right click bypassing the ilv restriction and have the STF investigate their party finder entries? Also can this type of activity be made firmly against ToS and a ban-worthy offense to both buyer and seller?

Hey there! I am a migrant from Mabinogi and other games.
I came to this game world to be with friends, and I have a lot of interest in the music system, (I plan to be one of the greatest bards ever!~) so here are my questions:

1. The new interface is nice, but absolutely having to use Shift/CTRL to switch octaves really messed up a lot of people who used the old system. Can we please have both??
2. You disabled MIDI instruments. This made a lot of bards sad. People who really play piano can't ply their art... Can they come back please?
3. Will it be possible to play chords of 2 or 3 notes in the future?
4. Are more instrument voices on the way?

When a large number of players are fighting a NM in Eureka, actions that require you to be in combat often don't function, even though you are clearly in combat. It's very frustrating to fight NMs as a Machinist in Eureka, because you cannot use Barrel Stabilizer, and Flamethrower does not generate heat, locking you out of 20%+ of your damage for about a minute until you can manually build up 50 heat (at which point the NM is probably dead). Is it possible to get this fixed?

Could we see another instrument like drums that play along with the bard? It would be very neat if we could start seeing ingame bands that play music together!

Players using illicit bot programs have become far more rampart on multiple servers in the crafting and gathering sphere. Cactuar has a particularly notorious botter who produces thousands upon thousands of Grade 2 Infusions in the span of mere days. Despite reports from numerous people who have caught and/or recorded their program breaking, they remain uninterrupted. Can you explain why such activity is allowed to continue and what measures you may be looking to prevent further exploitation?

Edit: Would perhaps extending the Right Click Report feature to suspected bots help the STF flag suspicious individuals?

Can we increase the damage dealt by damage dealers (DPS)?

The difference between top damage dealers and top tanks is not big. Tanks DPs is very close to damage dealers DPs. Tanks are slightly behind damage dealers. If a damage dealer dies or takes damage down, a tank can easily surpass them in dealing damage.
DPs role is responsible for bringing damage. But when tanks are catching up to damage dealers in DPs. It doesn't feel quite right.
The same thing can be said about the differences between tanks and healers DPs. Even between damage dealers themselves.

I understand that we are working with small margins, I'm asking for this margin to change. Can we please have the numbers adjusted?

Can you make it possible to exchange more than 1 Anemos Crystal at a time in Eureka? It hurts my hands a lot every time I spam the same button over and over.

While NM fate trains are the fastest way to lvl up would it be possible to make it so that other people can't claim your mobs in there unless you call for help similar to the FFXI system? It's very annoying for people who think they are helping when in reality they are not.
