Why do highlander have less hairstyles than other classes, and is there anyway that we could get the hairstyles that other classes have?

This would be amazing to have a better expirience with ffxiv.

Whats the status of Monk and is the class getting the changes/redesign I feel it needs. The level 60-70 addition to monk don't feel as impactful and sometimes I feel contradicts a bit with how Monk was portrayed. Riddle of Fire mostly, Purification (Due to the lowering of tp costs) Tackle Mastery and Brotherhood not feeling as impactful as other job stuff (Well it would look like a mini-rework at this point ..). And what is happening to the potential Greased Lightning 4?

Would be possible to lower some of the difficulty related to gardening?
Reducing the harvesting time, improving some of the crossbreading chance (specially to get thavnairian onion seeds), more soil grade 3 per node or more nodes per day, a notice/mark to a plant that is yet to be watered.
Any one of those changes would be greatly appreciated!

Adding the "Go to sleep" and "Wake Up" animation to housing bed furnishing

If you interact with the bed in the Inn room, a menu shows up with this choices:
-Nothing
-Log Out
-Exit Game

Choosing either the "Log Out" or the "Exit Game" option will play an animation of your character going to sleep. Also you will get a "Wake Up" animation when you log back in.

Can you add this to beds you place in your house as well? It's such a nice animation it's sad that you only get to see it in the inn.
