The Inn Cutscene not there

I just did The Vault. At the beginning of the dungeon, the game's sound cut out for whatever reason. So I finished it and skipped the cutscene, thinking I could watch it later, but I cannot. I went to the MSQ for HW, it's not in there. Went to duty finder section, it's there but the very last CS is to watch me in my victory pose, but not the post CS. I'm going to have to find it on youtube now.

It's irritating that some cutscenes inexplicably just don't wind up in the inn. I don't know if that's the case for the cutscene you reference, or if it's just in some really odd location, but one I missed out on was during the DRK quests. At one point, you speak with a dying dragon, who identifies the essence of her deceased lover within a girl you're helping. This is definitely a cutscene, not just a series of dialog windows, complete with the fade-in/fade-out that accompanies all cutscenes, and I accidentally skipped it. When I went to the inn to look for it, it wasn't there.

If it's the scene that plays after the Vault ends, it's in the Endless Journey, but you have to have finished the quest proper and handed it in. It'll then show up under the level 57 quest, A Knight's Calling, under "Heavensward quests". Sadly, not the most useful for your situation, I'm afraid

You mean the intro to the dungeon? You could turn CSs back on and then go in unsynced by yourself to watch it.

I wanted a shot from Krile during the cutscene in the Holstery, it's a scene from before you get into Eureka and the rest of it is in the Inn from when you see Gerolt on the pier, so it's not in the Chronicler either.

i missed my kirin cutscene because someone was rushing to do something and told me to watch it later. still kinda pissed about that.

Cutscenes during dungeons don’t show up in the MSQ list. There’s a seperate tab for dungeons.
