FFXIV crashing when area transitioning to Sigmascape

Hello, I'm having an issue with my client crashing everytime I'm on the loading screen after accepting a queue for Sigmascape. I can queue up for trials, dungeons, zone to town / housing area and no crash. But whenever I queue up for Savage Sigma (1~4), I would crash on the loading screen. I tried reinstalling the game 3 times, lowering my graphics setting, playing it on windowed / full screen mode, reinstalling directx (although it isnt a directx crash), resetting my display settings etc. No improvement. Was hoping to get some assistance on this cause I'm impacting people's gameplay with this issue. I ran across this post, but this person's solution wasnt able to fix mine.

Hello KoharuIyashi, Thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

According to the error message you are receiving. This is the same thing as a DirectX crash. Below are the steps we would like to suggest trying. Please let us know if any of this works for you.

- Switch to DirectX 9 mode (select ‘Config’ from the launcher)
- Update/reinstall Graphics card drivers
- Disable all programs/overlays running in the background
- Perform a clean boot*
- Set compatibility mode to Windows 7/8**
- Make sure that any anti-virus software they have has the appropriate exceptions
- Install game on C drive (The same drive as the Operating System)
