Laid back team with a bit later starts in the evening is looking for a NIN or an AMAZEBALLS tier MNK to offset the loss of trick and shade. We raid 3-5 times a week, depending on the availability of people. Our raids start latest at 21.30 ST and ideally around 21.00ST if people are available and we raid until 00ST. While we are a laid back casual team, this does not mean that we don't care about progress and optimization, nor does it mean that we accept poor performance. You're expected to fully optimize and perform during raids. We raid less hours, but we raid efficiently. You need to have cleared all the current content and be progress minded for the next Ultimate. 3rd Forsaken could be accepted if you learn and adapt quickly on top of having proper performance to show with logs on the previous fights. Hello! Just saw your post, and thought i would take my chances.

Recently switched main from SAM (ilvl 360) to NIN (now 354), and I'm looking for some serious raiding. -- I got MNK lvl 60, so maybe i can level it, if this is something you could use for a setup.
I'm 24 years old, from Denmark and i've been playing on and off since ARR.
I'm a quick learner, very fluent english speaker (mic+headset ofc), and really enjoys competitive gaming!

Only setback i have is that i've not gotten to raid as much as i would have love to do in SB, so i only have o5s and o6s kills - o7s enrage EXP and never set my foot inside o8s.
(But i've watched both MTQ and Mr Happy videos for every fight)
