    The troubleshooting suggestions we give are things that the player can do in order to resolve any connection errors with their own equipment and connection. Since we have no control over how your are routed to the game servers or ISP, we are limited to these suggestions. After these options, we suggest contacting your ISP to see if they have any other options for you.

    I apologize that we cannot do more to alleviate the issue you are having. Please let us know if there are any updates.

    Getting this error too this evening.

    I am playing the game non stop on wired connection, game always says I have excellent connection (fiber, 100/100).

    Location: Croatia

    Whenever game puts this error 90002 all other programs are still connected to the internet so I know it's not on my end. Any news about what is happening? Thanks in advance.

    Hello SimonVTC.

    I would suggest trying some of the suggestions on the previous page and see if this works. If you do have any programs running in the background, try closing them out as they me be interfering with the game.

    Tried all. Even called me ISP, they tried all sort of stuff, DNS flush etc. All good, everything works as usual.
    But FF XIV continues to kick me with the same error. This evening I was in a combat and got the same 90002 error. After I was kicked from the game, I got error 2002, lobby error.

    That stuff never happened before and I have about 400+ hours in game. This started to happen since latest patch, which was yesterday, 3rd april 2018.
