The more important question is, "There are TWO search functions! How come nobody uses EITHER of them?!"
For months people cried "Give me my LFP flag!" You got it now, and still no one uses it.

i didnt find this lfg flag like the ffxi one..
i only find a way to search a party not how to be available to be invited for one.
Open the Search window.
Click on your name.
Click Status.
Change your status from "Online" to "Looking for Group".
Set your preferred class and a search comment.
Click Close.
It's actually better than FFXI's LFP, because you can set yourself as LFP on one class then go level a craft or something while you wait.
thanks. ill try this tonight
maybe i can get some party to lvl faster than doing only leves.
Best of luck to you. As I said, not many people use it. T_T
What I tend to do is, I set my status as LFP, I open up recruiting for a leveling PT in the Party search interface, and I grab leves in town, shouting for an EXP PT a few times while I do that. Then I go do my leves and repeat the process until I get bored or until someone responds.
