5 people spamming that stupid 12 dollar emote in the middle group fighting mobs in eureka. It's laggy and hard to find mobs enough as it is in there. Ridiculous.

Ohhh, does that not count as effects? That's.. pretty annoying then. It should. That emote is pretty obtrusive.
WHERE IS THIS KETTLE EVERYONE KEEPS INTRODUCING ME TO?
Indeed, it's just as annoying as the perform was and having half the server performing everywhere.
Not sure how they never though about this beforehand.
It's still weird that it's $12 compared to the other ones that are cheaper. Is it because of all the weird flashy effects? Are people just paying for lights?!
It's because this emote requires more 'work' then a simply clapping hands emote or something. It's explained to you in the other thread where you also questioned the price.
And the fact that Square Enix wants even more money. Like the other poster here said it's Bahamut so when people see the name they will go the higher lengths so easy to ask more money and people will still buy.
It's cash milking practices.
It's because it's Bahamut. They know players will still pay the price.
Yeah also give me an option to block other players entirely since seeing them jumping around on the zu mount while trying to spawn simururururu is quickly becoming an eye sore
I'd like to be able to block them out from the chatbox at least
You can shut them off already.
Go to General chat settings scroll all the way down.
Standard emotes uncheck.
Custom emotes uncheck.
Done.
Correct me if I am wrong, but that only stops the text in the chat log. What I am looking for is a way to stop the obtrusive visual effects.
