Hello SimonVTC.
I've responded to your post in the other forum, so please refer to that one regarding your issue.
We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!
The problem persists for 2 players from my Static, they just can't raid anymore and the group can't keep playing right now, we tried this week again and it was the same problem. They DC randomly after 15 or 20 minutes playing.
They are both from Argentina and they have different ISP's.. the problem started last week after the maintenance.

Please provide:

Hey O/
Me and two friends in my FC(we are are from Argentina) are experiencing the same problem, and its imposible to do hardcore content with this issue. I hope they can fix this problem![]()
We play in Hyperion and both my friends are from Argentina, they have different ISP's and they both disconnect at the same time. I hope SE can fix this soon because we can't ride anymore. We barely save drops from O5S up to O7S.. It's impossible to practice or progress in O8S with this disconnections every 10 or 15 minutes.
I will try to be even clearer... I know this answer by heart because I'm a technicianm: http://support.na.square-enix.com/fa...67505&ret=main
It is not viable since it is a SE connection problem. If I decide to use VPN, the problem disappears.
Check the Proxy configuration.
It is no coincidence that all Argentines DC'ing same time every 15-20min.
We are 6 friends with the same problem, "different cities, different internet services".
Thank you for reading

I see what you mean, however, if you can connect properly with a VPN, then there is no issue with the server itself. I'm not sure how it is a Square Enix connection issue if the server is the only thing we have control over. It sounds like you have a routing issue without the VPN and, unfortunately, we can't control how you are routed to the servers. I'm assuming you have already tried the troubleshooting steps listed in that link, correct?I will try to be even clearer... And what is the solution for all the Ps4 players who can't use a VPN?I see what you mean, however, if you can connect properly with a VPN, then there is no issue with the server itself. All of them have different ISP and all of them are from Argentina, all of them started to have this issues since last week.
