Eureka doesnt load

Been having issues with Eureka since its launch. I haven't really tackle on the issue because I was hoping the upcoming patch would've fixed it but to no avail. Eureka, since day one for me, does not load. Whenever I talk to the NPC to enter Eureka, I usually get 1 of 3 possibilities:

1) Game crashes

2) Game crashes with this error:


3) Game stuck in black, never loads. But I can see chatbox working fine.

Some computer specs:
Processor: AMD Fx 6300 Six-Core
Memory: 8GB RAM
Graphics Card: Geforce GTX 950

What I've tried:
-Updating graphics drivers
-Launching game in 9.0 DX
-Re-installing game
-Clean up registry, defrag disk
-Running game in lower graphics (even with the minimal options)

I have a similar error when i try to change audio output while the client is running.
Maybe it's audio related, sorry I can't help more.
