    FFXIV Game crashes in Limsa

I've been having this issue now where any time I go to Limsa my game closes and brings up an Error report this is what I get,

    ffxiv.exe+CE1360
    ffxiv.exe+368EB0
    ffxiv.exe+150AEF
    ffxiv.exe+D19235
    KERNEL32.DLL+18654
    ntdll.dll+64A77
    ntdll.dll+64A47

after I click OK it goes and shows another error message displaying some different codes maybe 2-3 times in a row before finally closing the codes for that are,

    ffxiv.exe+C802BF
    ffxiv.exe+C82671
    ffxiv.exe+C84B97
    ffxiv.exe+368EB0
    ffxiv.exe+150AEF
    ffxiv.exe+D19235
    KERNEL32.DLL+18654
    ntdll.dll+64A77

I have reinstalled the game, I've lowered all my settings to low and I have even logged onto an alt, teleporting everywhere else to see if it crashes in another zone. It only crashes in Limsa. I've tried to search for these codes and it seems no one else has had them according to Google. If anyone could help me that would be great I would like to play again.

    Thank you for replying,

    Going down the list,

    PC Windows 10
The game started crashing back on 3-30-2018
    I have a wired connection
Discord and Steam are up while running, but I have disabled the Overlay for both Discord and the Nvidia experience which did not help the situation
I did recently install a new graphics card and uninstalled my old one. I did reset the PC after the uninstalling of my old graphics drivers.

As I have said before the game runs fine anywhere else except when I port to Limsa, then I get the error codes.

Thank you for the reply Bezgod.

It looks like a driver crash. It's hard to tell what exactly is causing this so we may have to try a few things to get past the crash.

If you are using Directx 11, try switching to Directx 9 or vice versa.

I would suggest closing any other programs you have open while playing the game. Also, make sure that any anti-virus/firewall you have has the appropriate exceptions for the game.

Try performing a clean boot. Simply open the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC. This will make sure that no background processes are interfering with the game.

We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!

Alright, I will try this when I resub for the game. Just so happens my sub ran out today (what luck huh) Thanks for the help and I hope this fixes it or comes close.

    SOLVED

I figured it out, turns out there were some bad game files in the FFXIV folder. I copied the files from another friend and moved them over, replacing all the files in my folder and it worked. Square really needs to add a verification option to the launch to replace missing or corrupted files in the game folder.
