Steps:
1. Completed 4 Lord of Verminion tournaments, each with double digit wins.
2. Upon checking the achievement the following week, it was only at 1/4, thus I'm unable to redeem the minion reward.

The achievement description simply describes "Complete 4 different Lord of Verminion tournaments with double digit victories." And this was done, making sure I had at least 10 wins for each tournament.

Is it possible to check the history of these tournaments at all?
