Making Spread-sheets

So, I am going to start making spreadsheets for multiple things like to keep track of minions I have gotten or have not, mounts, achievements, etc. Maybe also a list of all items needed to craft every item once for the different crafting classes. I will also be tracking all quests.

So since I will be making stuff for myself anyway, anyone have any sheet they want me to make?
