Saboteur increases effectiveness, success rate, and duration of enfeebling effects, whether its Slow from Thaumaturge or Fracture from Marauder.
Synergist increases effectiveness and duration of enhancement effects, Protect from Conjurer or Speed Surge from Lancer.
Sentinel reduces damage received and increases enmity generation.
Medic increases effectiveness of healing effects such as Cure, regen effect from Sacrifice, or Second Wind from Pugilist.
Commando and Ravager are a bit tricky since there's no Chain and Stagger effect. If Battle Regiments were used more heavily, these could perhaps be factored into that. In the meantime, here's what it could be.
Commando increases slashing, bludgeon, piercing, and projectile damage.
Ravager increases elemental, astral, and umbral damage.
Just throwing the concept out there.
Or if another naming convention is used, but conveys similar status effects.
