Kinda weird they put in Zhloe and Khloe, would a new player even understand what they talking about - that hasn't made it to Lv60 and post heavensward to unlock their quests?

The scenes with the ARC guildmembers and the LNC guildmaster wouldn't make much sense to anyone who hasn't ran any of those quests either, mind. And for a mercy, you don't really need to know the context of either of those characters because they tell you all you need to know within the scene itself, just enough to get you to 'daaw' at Zhloe and cackle at Khloe. For the people who do know them, however, it's pure slice of life fanservice.

That's fair i guess. Difference is ARC and LNC is at least available around the level you can start the event.

I think Silvairre and Leih work well enough as 'character archetypes' that you can appreciate their scene without having done the quests.

On the other hand, it was a little surprising to see Ywain mention "the business with Foulques" like it's current, when it seems a long time ago to me... although I was doing it on an alt who's still in that part of the story and midway through the lancer quests. Again, I wonder if there's any change depending on your quest completion, but it's worded vaguely enough that it could apply to events during that story, afterwards, or potentially even to whatever happened before we joined the guild.
