I try to organize mine nicely and standardize them as much as possible while keeping them fairly minimalist, and I'm really pleased with how they've turned out. So here's my main class' bar, and my three gatherers. I'm leaving out the crafting hotbars because I'm still trying to figure out how to set them up.
