Holy Wark. This GM. Fast, easy, friendly, and compassionate! There aren't enough words to explain how I felt about the situation that occurred. Wonderful. Absolutely wonderful. I only signed up on the forums because of how I felt like they listened to me. They really went above and beyond what a normal GM would do. (I feel.)

I don't know how much of their stuff is scripted, but if it wasn't scripted, then it needs to be, cause the language used, and the empathy shown needs to be in a training video for others to use and remember.
